● Mass production of die-casting parts

There are a total of 11 die-casting machines with a capacity of 280-2000 tons in the die-casting trial mold workshop, which are equipped with various automation equipment such as automatic soup feeding robotic arms, robot spraying systems, robot picking and embedding systems, die-casting gate cutting devices, die-casting coding machines, rapid mold changing systems, product conveying devices, intelligent CNC post-processing, etc., to meet the requirements of mass production of castings.

● Hair embryo detection

The Bowei measurement room, built according to laboratory standards, is equipped with various casting inspection equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, X-ray flaw detectors, spectrometers, profilers, cleanliness meters, metallographic microscopes, salt spray testing machines, etc., while ensuring constant temperature and humidity.

● X-ray inspection of castings

In casting, sand holes often appear on castings, which has always been a problem. Sand holes on the surface of castings can be directly seen or identified with the naked eye, but internal sand holes cannot be seen with the naked eye. This requires a special type of equipment for testing, which is commonly known as X-ray non-destructive testing equipment. It can clearly detect the internal structure of castings through the principle of X-ray transmission, and easily display defects such as sand holes, cracks, shrinkage porosity, and shrinkage holes inside castings on the computer screen. It effectively detects abnormal situations in the production process of castings and provides effective guidance for timely improvement of insufficient processes.
